Mouse allergens are highly prevalent in inner-city homes, even in homes that are not infested with mice, because the allergens disperse easily. Major allergen sources are their urine, hair follicles and dander.
What can I do?
- Integrated pest management
- Plug access cracks and crevices
- Protect food sources
What else can I do?
After completing the above steps, vigorously and thoroughly clean areas to remove allergens.
